Modern Slavery Statement

Cyvian's commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.

Modern Slavery Statement

Cyvian Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chain, in line with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We operate a zero-tolerance approach to any form of forced labour, human trafficking, or exploitation. This commitment applies to our employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners.

Our Approach

We select suppliers and partners based on their alignment with ethical business practices and their compliance with applicable labour laws. Where concerns arise, we reserve the right to terminate relationships with suppliers or partners who fail to meet these standards.

All employees and contractors are expected to uphold these principles in their work, and we provide clear channels for raising concerns about any suspected violations.

Our Supply Chain

Cyvian operates primarily in the technology, software, and consultancy sectors. Our supply chain consists predominantly of technology service providers, software vendors, and professional service firms. We consider the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations and core supply chain to be low, but we remain vigilant and review our practices regularly.
